	A:	Quantum was established in 1990 to provide a comprehensive, world-class range of aviation, flight, travel and hospitality training.  In addition to being one of New Zealand’s foremost training establishments, Quantum is a certified Air Transport Operator. Quantum trains national and international students to commercial pilot level. Quantum’s Culinary Institute of New Zealand is the venue for our chef and hospitality service training.  The Culinary Institute of New Zealand is recognised as a ‘Centre of Excellence’ for its innovation in training and has won numerous awards.
